Registration is absolutely FREE for any login method.
How can I register to become a Leasany user??
You may register using your email address or login with your Facebook account once you are in the ‘Signup‘ page. You are required to activate your account if you register using your email address.
What information is required for account registration??
Only your name and email address are required to setup your account at Leasany.
I have submitted the registration form, what should i do next??
You may start browsing and make a booking on leasany.com. You will also receive an email regarding to user verification, it may be found in the spam/junk.
Should I verify the account before placing order? ?
You may continue the order as your account will be auto verified after the order.
What should I do if I can't login??
You may try to reset your password or send email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have forgot my username and password, what can I do??
Go to ‘Login‘ page and click ‘Lost your password’. Enter your email address and click “Reset Password”. Password reset instructions will be sent to your email address.
Can i change my password??
You may change your password upon login in ‘Edit Account’ page under ‘My Account‘.
How can I find the item that I am looking for??
You may use search function which is available at the top right side of our homepage. Alternatively, you may find all the available products by narrowing down our portfolio to categories.
I cannot find an item or service I want, what should I do??
Leasany is currently upgrading our product portfolio due to expansion. Please let us know what you would like to rent by writing to email@example.com or drop us a message on Live Chat if you are unable to find the items you are looking for.
What can I rent??
You can rent any item(s) or service(s) listed on the Leasany, as long as it’s available for the selected period.
How can I place order??
- Select rental period once navigated to the product page
- Click on ‘Add to Cart’ for the item you want
- View your cart
- Check and ensure cart details are correct, insert coupon code (if there’s any)
- Click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’
- Fill in and ensure your Billing Details are correct
- Choose your preferred payment method
- Proceed to payment
Can i place an order without register as an user??
You will need to be an user in order to place an order. You will be prompted for registration upon checkout. Once you are an user, you will be able to track your order status and payment.
Please note that you may lost your cart if you are not login.
How can i check status of my order??
You may track your order status under My Account > My Orders. We will notify you by email every time the status has been updated.
What is the proof of transaction??
Upon successful rental payment made, an electronic order receipt together with a unique Order Reference Number will be sent to your email address. You are advised to print a copy of the Order Receipt and present as proof during collection. An updated order receipt will be e-mailed to you once the deposit has been refunded to your payment account.

Can i cancel my order??
If you wish to amend any order, kindly write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or Live Chat with us, we will get back to you as soon as we can. However, please note that cancellation charges may apply if the order is cancelled within three days before agreed collection date.

How can i make payment via Leasany Credits??
You may make your payment via your available Leasany Credits balance. For more information about Leasany Credits, please refer to section “Leasany Credits”.
How can i make payment via internet / ATM transfer??
You may make your payment directly into our bank account via ATM transfer or internet banking just like how you transfer funds to your friends in Singapore. Our bank details will be shown and sent to your email once you have checkout your cart.
To avoid any delay, please make sure you have insert your Order ID (four digit numerical number) as the payment reference. Your order won’t be processed until we have verified the funds have been cleared in our account.
What is Leasany Credits about??
The Leasany Credits is a digital reward system managed by Leasany as a platform to provide you promotion benefits or privileges.
How can I join the Leasany Credits system??
Any user registered with Leasany will be automatically enrolled into the system. We encourage you to utilize the system to enjoy promotional benefits or any privilege you may be entitled to. You may also use your Leasany Credits to place order.
How much is my Leasany Credits worth in real currency??
Every Leasany Credit is equivalent to SGD1.
How can I top-up my leasany credits??
You may top-up your Leasany Credits by using Paypal. More payment modes will be available in the near future.
Is there any minimum amount required for topping up??
You may top-up your Leasany Credits with a minimum of 10 Leasany Credits/ SGD.
Can i cash out my leasany credits??
You can cash out your topped-up Leasany Credits but not the credits that you earned from promotion (eg. Referral, Booking on specific product and etc). However, to avoid the abuse of Leasany Credits system, you may only cash out your Leasany Credits after at least one order has been completed.
What is the payment method can i choose from for cashing out??
We accept Bank Transfer for cashing out of Leasany Credits.
How can i cash out my leasany credits??

What is the processing time for cashing out??
You will receive the funds in approximately 3-5 business days depending on the process time of your bank.
Why do i need to pay for deposit??
Similar to other rental shop, we impose a Deposit policy. You are required to pay for deposit whenever a booking is made. However, the deposit will be refunded to you three days after Leasany collect back the rental items.
How are you charged for the deposit??
The deposit will be deducted from your payment account whenever you made a booking. Those amount will be refunded to your original payment account once we have verified that we have collected back the rental items.
What is Leasany's deposit policy??

When will you refund the deposit??
Deposit will be refunded to your payment account via the same payment method you chose during checkout, in three to five working days depending on the processing time of your bank, after necessary deductions have been made once we have verified the return of the rental item.
Does Leasany has a physical shop for rental item collection and return??
We do not have a physical shop for shopping. All items in our website are either kept in our own secured storage or at the vendor facility.
What option do i have for delivery??
New customers can only opt for self collection/return.
Return customers can opt for delivery service by Lalamove or PostCo (Return only).
What option will i have for collection & return of the rental items??
For self collection and return, the venue will be our office – Cendex Centre. You may choose your preferred time for collection and return of the rental item at the checkout page.
For delivery service (collection/return), the location and time depend on the logistic company (Lalamove or PostCo) and the agreement between Leasany and customers.
Is there any shipping charges??
Self collection/return: No Charge
Delivery (Collection/Return) by Lalamove: The rate is based on the parcel size and weight. For parcel (size limit of 40 × 25 × 25 cm and weight limit of 8 kg), the fare will be base fare $10 + $0.30/km.
Delivery (Return) by PostCo: For parcel (size limit of 50cm x 50cm x 50cm and weight limit of 20 kg), the fare will be $5.

What do i need to bring along for collection??
You are advised to bring along an ID proof with photo and Order Receipt (on devices or printout) at the point of collection.
I am not able to make it to the collection, what can i do??
You may appoint someone to collect the item on behalf of you. The appointee is advised to bring along an ID proof with photo and Order Receipt (on devices or printout) at the point of collection. However, the appointee must present an authorization letter signed by the person indicated at the Order Receipt at the point of collection. We may refuse to handover the rental item(s) to the appointee without an authorization letter signed by the person indicated at the Order Receipt.
Do i need to pay at the point of collection??
No, you are not required to pay at the point of collection as our payment are settled online. If you are requested to pay at the point of collection, please do not pay and contact us immediately by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or Live Chat with us.
On the day of returning
What do i need to bring along for returning??
You are advised to bring along an ID proof with photo, Order Receipt (on devices or printout), and the rental items as indicated in Inspection Form at the point of returning.
I will be late for the returning, what can i do??
If you would like to arrange for a later returning date and time than what were indicated in the order receipt, please do not hesitate to contact us by writing at email@example.com or Live Chat with us.
Depending on the length of the delay, you may be liable for penalty charges which will be calculated based on daily rental price multiplies by number of days exceeded. Your deposit may be deducted for the penalty charges if you failed to pay the charges upon return of the item.
I am not able to make it to the returning, what can i do??
You may appoint someone to return the item on behalf of you. The appointee is encouraged to present an authorization letter signed by the person indicated at the Order Receipt at the point of returning, failing which may delay the release of the deposit. The appointee is advised to bring along an ID proof with photo and Order Receipt (on devices or printout) at the point of returning.
On the day of collection
What is the Inspection Form about??
An Inspection Form is used to record and verify the condition of the rental item including any defects, discrepancies on accessories or other remarks. Both user and Leasany must sign off the Inspection Form which will be kept a copy by each party during the valid rental period as a proof of inspection transaction. User shall return the rental item(s) in condition as stated in the Inspection Form.
The actual item is different from the item description posted on Leasany, what can i do??
Leasany strives to ensure the item is fully functional to serve its purpose of rental and is accurate as per described in our site. If the item is under maintenance due to unforeseen situation, Leasany will replace it with its equivalent item. You are encourage to check if all the discrepancies are being indicated in Inspection Form before sign off.

What happens if the rental items are damaged??
If items are damaged during the rental period, there’s two possible solutions:
- User responsible for the repair or maintenance charges carried out by professional or specialist. User must ensure Leasany is well informed before carrying out any maintenance. If requested by Leasany, the user must be able to produce proof maintenance.
- User failed to return the item or return with reasonable returned condition to Leasany, deposit paid on booking will be deducted accordingly.

Does Leasany provide insurance??
Leasany do not provide insurance coverage for rental items at the moment.
How do I use my coupon codes??
Coupon codes can be used in your cart and during checkout.
- Enter your coupon code in the coupon code box and click “Apply Coupon”.
- A corresponding deduction will be applied to your total amount.
Please note that you may need to log in to your account in order to use your coupon. Make sure to check if the coupon has been applied to your purchase before submitting the order.
Please also note that coupons sometimes have a minimum spend associated to them, and as such might cause your code to be invalid depending on the size of your cart.
Can I use coupon for existing order??
We are unable to apply coupon codes for existing orders.
Coupon codes must be entered before you have checked out your order.
Do i need to have a Leasany account to use the coupon codes??
You may apply the coupon codes without an Leasany account. However, you will be prompted to login or register in order to complete checkout process.
Please note that the coupon codes may not be properly applied if you are not login.
What happens if my coupon expires??
An expired coupon/ coupon code is no longer valid.
Why do I get a message saying my coupon code is invalid while trying to use it??
Each coupon code may have different terms on minimum purchase and expiry period.
