1. User Information
Leasany keeps all users account information and registration details private, and will not disclose any personal information to third parties without users’ consent, unless otherwise stated in this policy. To create a free membership account, we will require your email address, first name, last name, and a strong password to keep your account safe from other parties unless login with third parties (see below for more details on “third parties”) . Upon making orders, your billing information, phone number and bank account details are required to verify your legal identity and process transactions. You might be required to provide additional information not stated here, for elevated authentication purposes. Leasany may also collect data passively such as your IP address. You are free to use any username or account name, provided available, that is visible to the website community. Your birthdate, gender, and social pictures are optional. Social information pertaining to Leasany will be displayed to users such as ratings, reviews, feedbacks, join dates and comment replies. You have the choice to provide certain information to be displayed on Leasany, such as your gender, house address, etc., of which you are held responsible for this information. Leasany utilizes cookies (see below for more details on “cookies”) and web server log files to collect information such as date and time of visit to Leasany website, pages viewed within Leasany, time spent on Leasany, and the source of where you are directed from and directed to, if applicable.
Leasany Terms and Conditions require all users and account owners to be at least 18 years old, and to be responsible for all transactions and activities done on Leasany. For minors, your guardian or parents are liable for all your actions performed on Leasany.

Leasany may store your name, e-mail address, and an access token or similar credentials obtained from the third party service, so that you are able to share particular items of content, on that third party service, on an individual basis, without entering your access credentials again.
If you connect to the Service using credentials of a third party Social Networking Site (“SNS”) such as login via Facebook or Google, you authorize us to collect your authentication information, such as your name, e-mail address, and encrypted access credentials. We may store this information so that it can be used for the purposes explained in this statement, and it may also be used to verify your credentials with the SNS. The information available to Leasany from an SNS is affected by the privacy settings you establish at the SNS. You understand and agree that an SNS’s use of information they collect from you is governed by their privacy policies, and Leasany’s use of such information is governed by this privacy statement.
If you connect to any third party site other than an SNS using the credentials of your Leasany account for data sharing with that third party, you authorize the collection of your authentication information, such as your name, e-mail address, and encrypted access credentials, as well as any other personal information that third party site may choose to access. You do so at your own risk and understand and agree that the third party’s collection of such information is governed by their privacy policies, and Leasany’s use of such information is governed by this privacy statement.
We may also disclose your personal information to third parties to:
- Comply with any court order or other legal obligation;
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of Leasany, our customers, or others. This may include exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction; or
- if you expressly opt in to such sharing.
Internally, Leasany utilizes the information you provided for purposes of administering business activities, provide the services you requested, process payment and transactions, monitor use of website and services, promotional and marketing deliveries and to improve Leasany content and layout to meet customers’ needs. We may use the information to contact you about important changes to the website, services and special offers that we think suits you well. You may opt-out of this offers by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our promotional emails.

Leasany do not share, sell, lend or lease any information that uniquely identifies a user (such as email address and personal details) with anyone, unless otherwise consented by you to process transactions or services. However, Leasany may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, where we believe the law requires it for protection of legal rights. Leasany may also disclose account information should it be necessary to bring legal action against someone who violates our Terms and Conditions to govern the safety of Leasany’s community.
2. Leasany Communication
Leasany may send users weekly newsletters or promotions upon successful account signup. Communication may be in the form of email. Users can opt-out of these newsletters by clicking unsubscribe link provided below the newsletter. After unsubscribing Leasany will discontinue sending the particular messages as soon as technically feasible. Leasany will also send service-related messages and users may not opt-out of receiving the messages, unless user terminates the account. Users may share Leasany experience with their friends via the share button on the website. Your friend’s’ information such as email address are required.
What About Other Web Sites Linked to Our Web Site?
We are not responsible for the practices employed by Web sites linked to or from our Web site or the information or content contained therein. Often links to other Web sites are provided solely as pointers to information on topics that may be useful to the users of our Web site.
3. Leasany Community
As a member of Leasany, you are free to connect and communicate in Leasany’s community in terms of Leasany’s website and Facebook page. By being part of the Leasany community, you agree to comply with all Leasany’s policies.
Acquisition or Changes in Ownership
In the event that the web site (or a substantial portion of its assets) is acquired, your information would be considered part of those assets, and may be part of those assets that are transferred.
Leasany reserves the rights to made alterations to this privacy statement at any time. You are considered to agree to the changes by continuing Leasany services, do review the policy changes from time to time. Should there be a change, Leasany will inform users by posting notice on the site and by email.
